The Process:

Enter the name of your association in the search box and click “Apply”.

On the next screen, a code will be provided to you. PLEASE WRITE DOWN THIS CODE.

You can then click “NEXT” and you will be transferred to Tenant Evaluations. This is a partner site.

If this is your first time, register there. You will need the code provided to you here.

Tenant Evaluations will provide all further instructions and will address all inquiries.

Once approved, you will be notified by Tenant Evaluations.

Please note that normal processing time for community applications are up to 30 days from the date of submission.
